90-Minute Nutrition Workshop

This one-day session supports older adults in aging well, inside and out. With a focus on disease prevention and managing chronic conditions, we explore how food choices impact energy, mood, and vitality.

Rooted in a whole-person approach, the session offers practical tips for reading labels, preparing simple meals, and navigating common challenges like appetite changes or limited access to fresh food. Participants leave with tools, recipes, and renewed confidence.

1:1 Nutrition Workshop

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are – with your specific health needs, lifestyle, and goals in mind. This isn’t about calorie counting or fad diets. It’s about sustainable change.

Each session focuses on the whole person, because food choices are deeply personal, and true health takes time. Through evidence-based strategies, realistic goal-setting, and genuine support, Meghan works alongside each participant to build habits that last and transform how they feel day to day.

This is nutrition through the lens of joy, function, and long-term wellness, not restriction.
