1:1 Nutrition Workshop
These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are – with your specific health needs, lifestyle, and goals in mind. This isn’t about calorie counting or fad diets. It’s about sustainable change.
Each session focuses on the whole person, because food choices are deeply personal, and true health takes time. Through evidence-based strategies, realistic goal-setting, and genuine support, Meghan works alongside each participant to build habits that last and transform how they feel day to day.
This is nutrition through the lens of joy, function, and long-term wellness, not restriction.
