Rooted in evidence-based fall prevention\, this six-week series blends the therapeutic power of movement with the pure joy of music.\nEach class supports balance\, flexibility\, coordination\, and body awareness using gentle dance styles like ballet\, jazz\, tap\, musical theatre\, and chair-based yoga. Whether seated\, standing with support\, or moving freely\, participants progress at their own pace.\nThe format is simple:\n\nStart in a chair.\nStand while holding the chair.\nMove independently – only if and when you’re ready.\n\nThere’s no right or wrong way to move here. This space is free of judgment and full of encouragement. If you’re managing chronic pain\, recovering from an injury\, or navigating mobility challenges\, you’re in the right place.\nExpect throwback tunes that bring a smile\, movements that meet you where you are\, and a welcoming room of peers cheering each other on.
