In-Person Fall Prevention Program

The Fall Prevention Program through CARE at LeMoyne is currently being offered free of charge to seniors throughout Onondaga County. Our mission is to bring valuable, evidence based education and exercise programs to those who need it most. We want to prevent tragedy from happening by being proactive rather than reactive. This program meets weekly for 45-60 minutes. Participants are assessed for fall risk at the beginning of the session and again at the end. For more information or to bring our program to you please contact CARE at LeMoyne at 315-445-5445
