Welcome to the Center for Aging Resources and Enrichment (“CARE”). By accessing and using our Fall Prevention Course and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By enrolling in and participating in the Fall Prevention Course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other guidelines or rules applicable to specific services provided by CARE.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

• Eligibility: The course is intended for adults who are interested in fall prevention. You must provide accurate and complete information when enrolling.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Course Materials

• License: CARE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any course materials without prior written permission from CARE.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: All fees for the course must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

5. User Conduct

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the course or its servers. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, sending spam, and uploading harmful software.
• Respectful Behavior: Interact respectfully with instructors and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The course is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CARE makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the course content.
• Limitation of Liability: CARE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the course. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the course will not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CARE, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the course or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Termination by You: You may terminate your participation in the course at any time by contacting us.
• Termination by CARE: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful.
